About the Staff
Chris - Owner
Chris bought Big Red Carpet Shampooing from the creator in 2016 and earned his IICRC certification the following year. Chris is qualified to provide corporate clients with competent and knowledgeable service, having previously held a management role in the construction industry.
Zac - Pest Control & Cleaning Expert
Zac joined Big Red in 2017 and received his IICRC certification and a Pest Control certification in 2018. With a background in education, you can rest assured that your floor coverings are in the hands of a knowledgeable technician.
